چکیده

Abstract: SAPHO syndrome is characterized with a set of symptoms including skin lesions, osteoarticular manifestations like aseptic osteitis (of the anterior chest wall or other skeletal sites), peripheral synovitis. Due to lack randomized clinical trials and low prevalence condition, there are no established treatment guidelines for syndrome. Here, we report case sternum palmoplantar pustulosis successfully treated zoledronic acid hydroxychloroquine.
